The data center will be located in Pendleton, Oregon. The site is located on a hilltop on the west side of the Eastern Oregon Regional Airport and Pendleton Industrial Park. The site is approximately two miles north of Interstate 84, the major east/west Interstate freeway connecting Portland, Oregon to Idaho and the East. Critical infrastructure, including roads, fiber optics, internet access, water, electricity, natural gas and sewer/storm water runoff, are available on or near the data center's site.
